TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Suppliers
  1. IH fee includes the participation at the business meetings forum, airport transfers (on the 22th and the 25th of October only), social activities, three nights hotel accommodation and meals according to the programme, unless otherwise agreed. Flights are not included.
  2. Hotel Operations S.L. will create an invoice after receiving the registration form. The invoice should be paid on its due date.
  3. Delegates cancelling prior to July 31st will be liable for 30% of the total fee. Cancellations received after July 31st shall oblige the company to pay the total amount shown on this confirmation schedule.
  4. The delegate(s) will not be able to attend the event unless the total fee has been paid in accordance with the stated terms.
  5. No persons may attend any part of the event other than those officially under the IBERHORECA programme.
  6. Should IH be cancelled by the organiser, payments made will be refunded in full by Hotel Operations S.L. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, caused by no fault of the organiser, resulting in IBERHORECA having to be postponed, monies paid in respect of IH will be transferred to the rescheduled event.
  7. Travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, personal accident cover and personal liability cover or visa must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of Hotel Operations S.L.
  8. The place of jurisdiction shall be the place of business of Hotel Operations S.L. The Law of Spain shall apply.
  9. Attendees at Iberhoreca agree to the use of all photographs and video material taken at the event, being published and utilised in connection with promoting future events organised by Hotel Operations S.L.
  10. If the event had to be postponed for sanitary reasons or force majeure beyond the control of the organizers, the amount paid will be transferred to the new dates of the event.
  11. Hotel Operations S.L. reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Buyers
  1. The participation at the business meetings forum, flights, airport transfers (on the 22th and the 25th of October only), social activities, three nights hotel accommodation and meals according to the programme, unless otherwise agreed will be supplied and organised by the organisers, Hotel Operations S.L.
  2. During the business programme, hosted buyers will be each granted their own location within the hotel, equipped with a desk, seating and complimentary business services, at which all their meetings will take place.
  3. No persons may attend any part of the event other than those officially under the IH.
  4. All insurances including travel, accident etc. must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of Hotel Operations S.L.
  5. Visas and vaccinations (where applicable) to be organised by the delegate.
  6. Attendees at IH shall agree to the use of all photographic and video material taken at the event, being utilised by Hotel Operations S.L., in connection with promoting future events should they wish to do so.
  7. In submitting this form you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named company, to enter into this agreement.
  8. Applications will be reviewed and applicants will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the organisers.
  9. Hotel Operations S.L. reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
