Condiciones del Contrato

Los vuelos, transfers del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa (el día 20 y 23 de octubre solamente), 3 noches de alojamiento y los desayunos, comidas y cenas según el programa oficial serán proporcionados y organizados por Hotel Operations S.L.
Durante las sesiones de trabajo, los Operadores de Hotel tendrán su propio espacio dentro del hotel equipado con un escritorio, sillas y servicios complementarios, aquí es donde tendrán lugar todas las reuniones.
Solamente podrán asistir al evento aquellas personas registradas oficialmente y confirmadas por Hotel Operations S.L.
Los delegados son responsables por su propio seguro de viaje, visados, vacunas, etc. Lo anteriormente mencionado no es responsabilidad de Hotel Operations S.L.
Los participantes en IH estarán de acuerdo en que el uso de todo el material fotográfico o de vídeo tomado durante el evento, pueda ser utilizado por los organizadores, Hotel Operations S.L. para la promoción de futuros eventos si éstos así lo desean.
Al enviar este formulario de inscripción, confirma que tiene la autoridad necesaria para actuar en representación de la compañía inscrita.
La confirmación de las plazas en el evento se realizará según el criterio de Hotel Operations S.L.
Hotel Operations S.L. se reserva el derecho a modificar los Términos y condiciones en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
